(Young Monica's Gang) is more than just a comic book series; it is a landmark in Brazilian pop culture that successfully transitioned the iconic, innocent characters created by Mauricio de Sousa into the complex world of adolescence. Launched in 2008, this series revitalized the brand, capturing a teenage audience that had outgrown the classic, younger versions of Monica, Cebolinha, Cascão, and Magali.
