Santosh, a civil engineer, has harbored a deep-rooted inferiority complex since his school days regarding the size of his penis. This psychological burden affects every aspect of his life, especially his relationships. His father’s misunderstanding of his struggles only adds to his turmoil. Desperate for a solution, Santosh joins a questionable social media group and tries various ineffective methods, from dubious medicines to dangerous devices, all in a vain attempt to "enlarge" himself. His search for a cure leads him to consider a risky surgery with a low success rate and even to visit a prostitute to overcome his fears, leading to his arrest in a police raid. The situation escalates when his father arranges his marriage to Amrutha (Kavya Thapar), a woman who loves everything "big." Terrified of being exposed, Santosh tries every trick to postpone the consummation of the marriage. The film’s core lies in whether Santosh can overcome his mental barrier and find acceptance.
